Who are we looking for?

The Solutions Consultant is the member of the team responsible for architecting, configuring and managing project initializations of the DataServ (DS) Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. This position is accountable for ensuring quality initializations while meeting project deadlines and is responsible for several projects simultaneously.

The Solutions Consultant analyzes and recommends solutions for DataServ clients throughout the world, as well as internal departments to implement the DS solution. This position supports the Sales team in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role. The Solutions Consultant acts as the Tier 3 level of escalation for client issues from the Client Success/Production Support Groups.

We are currently hiring this position in the following states: Oregon, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, Georgia, Washington, and Florida.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Business Management/Administration or Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
• 3+ years consulting experience, delivering professional services in an enterprise SaaS company.
• Strong blend of technical aptitude, project management and communication skills
• Experience with direct client interaction
• Comfortable giving presentations to all levels of management
• Experience managing multiple small projects simultaneously
• Experience with system testing and documentation
• Thorough understanding of full application development lifecycle
