Looking for a motivated and organized administrative assistant for a top producing realtor in El Segundo.

Primary Responsibilities:

CRM: Manage a large client base using Follow Up Boss, Zillow and Real Scout.

Property Searches/Client Matching: Use MLS, Real Scout and Follow Up Boss to match new listings to clients.

Transaction Management: Coordinate/attend Inspections, appraisals.

Assist the Agent:, Assist with Property Showings, Marketing, Errands and more.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years Real Estate related experience.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MLS, Follow Up Boss, CAR Contracts and Real Scout.

Attributes: A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

Must Have:

Active California Real Estate License

Automobile and Insurance

Flexibility to work Saturdays as needed

 

In order to be successful in this role, you must be proactive, have strong communication skills, follow through on all tasks given, and know how to reprioritize hour-by-hour. We'd like to find someone with a team spirit as well as a friendly and approachable demeanor

to build rapport with the team, clients, and vendors.
