• Managing day-to-day culinary operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
• Support the development and implementation of new menu offerings, promotions, and events
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to achieve financial goals and effective cost control measures
• Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment

Requirements:

• Experience with Resorts – multi outlet 6 or more restaurants experience
• Certification as an Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in Resort multi outlet 6 or more restaurants experience needed
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
