Job Title: Bookkeeper/Accountant
Location: Braddock Hills, PA

About Us:

Our client is a construction industry leader who is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to contribute to the financial health and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
-Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
-Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
-Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
-Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
-Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
-Stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
-Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
-Proficiency in using accounting software QuickBooks.
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.

Education and Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
